Peterborough-Kawartha fringe candidates speak out

Now that the federal election campaign is underway, it’s the main-stream parties that get most of the media attention.
And that leaves the so-called fringe candidates on the sidelines.
But it doesn’t mean their messages aren’t as important.
Dan Nyznik caught up with two such political hopefuls running in Peterborough-Kawartha.
