There was more chaos in British parliament on Monday, as the controversial House Speaker John Bercow announced he plans to step down by October 31. That’s the day Prime Minister Boris Johnson has promised the UK will leave the European Union, deal or no deal. But a new bill, aimed at blocking a no-deal Brexit, received royal assent on Monday.
