A dramatic rescue unfolded Monday off the southeastern coast of the U.S., after a cargo ship overturned after leaving port. The U.S. Coast Guard rushed into action and managed to get 20 people to safety. But four other crew members couldn’t be reached. Mike Armstrong reports on the painstaking mission to bring them to safety.
