North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper detailed on Monday to President Donald Trump how the three people who died during the period in which Hurricane Dorian threatened the state, saying two died by falling off ladders when they were boarding up their homes and another died in a chainsaw accident during post-storm cleanup.
