Hurricane Dorian: Halifax fire official warns ‘onlookers’ to stay away from coastline areas

Peter Andrews with Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency said Saturday that they’ve been inspecting storm surges along coastal areas and that they’re considering closing the roads near these areas because of onlookers going to the coastlines, which is impeding emergency officials from moving about the city.
