Indigenous families given $2B payout for children separated from parents by government

A human rights tribunal has awarded First Nations families $2 billion from the federal government for a lack of proper funding for child and family services. First Nations leaders are calling the decision a victory and a step forward for affected families. Kyle Benning reports.
