Freeland points to ‘modest but positive’ developments in dispute with China

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland pointed to the appointment of a new ambassador to China, and to China’s appointment of a new Canadian ambassador, as “modest but positive steps” in the dispute with China.
