Higgs: Be prepared to be isolated for up to 72 hours during hurricane Dorian

Speaking to reporters Friday afternoon, New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs advised residents to have enough supplies – water, food, and medicine – to survive for up to 72 hours isolated once Hurricane Dorian makes landfall Saturday.
