An Edmonton mother is calling on the province to introduce stiffer penalties, after both of her sons were struck in marked crosswalks. She says in both cases, the drivers were ticketed, and went on their way, while her family was left to deal with countless medical procedures and anguish. Sarah Ryan reports.
