The opposition at Montreal city hall wants to make cycling safer for children

Ensemble Montreal leader Lionel Perez will present a motion to Montreal City Council, asking that bike helmets be made mandatory for cyclists under the age of eighteen. The opposition says they want to protect young cyclists, who are the most vulnerable riders on the road. Global Montreal reporter Brittany Henriques explains.
