Canadian Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale, along with Public Services Minister Carla Qualtrough, announced on Sept. 4 in Regina that the government has published a strategy to combat human trafficking, which will also be available online. He said this is part of a greater $75-million effort to “counter the scourge of human trafficking.”
