Sheriff outlines timeline of fatal diving boat fire that killed at least eight people

A sheriff in California provided a timeline of the fatal diving boat fire that took place on Monday morning, saying the fire was fully involved near Santa Cruz island that killed at least eight people, four of who have been recovered and four others found on the seafloor. Authorities said they expect more bodies to be recovered.
