Georgia governor stresses people who don’t evacuate may ‘be on their own’

Georgia’s Gov. Brian Kemp stressed on Monday that people who have decided not to evacuate or decide not to before the storm hits must know they will “be on their own” if emergency officials are unable to reach them.
