It is an “outrage” that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has chosen to shut down parliament, London Mayor Sadiq Khan said in Warsaw on Sept. 2, as he urged the members of parliament to put aside their political differences to stop the United Kingdom from leaving the European Union without a deal.
