More than a dozen marked and unmarked police vehicles sped through the streets in Odessa, Texas, on Aug. 31, responding to a mass shooting, where five people were killed and over 20 were injured. A gunman opened fire on people as he drove through the streets and highways of Odessa and Midland, before he was shot and killed by an officer, authorities said.
