ORCA says provincial request to “wind down” programs needs clarification

During the Association of Municipalities of Ontario the province announced that it was asking Conservation authorities to wind down all programming that falls outside their mandate. Dan Marinigh, CAO with the Otonabee Region Conservation Authority, says the province needs to clarify what that means.
