The clock is ticking in Tent City in Peterborough. Campers who’ve occupied Victoria Park for almost two months have been told they must be gone by 9, Tuesday morning, because the park is closing. If they refuse, police are expected to issue trespassing notices that could lead to arrest. Dan Nyznik reports.
