Lost dog from Egypt found south of Peterborough

A happy ending to a story to a story Global News Peterborough first reported on in July.
It’s about Layalee, the neglected dog who lived on the streets of Cairo in Egypt with a rope embedded in her neck.
She was rescued and brought to Cavan for adoption, only to escape and wander for almost two weeks.

Well the dog has been found and will soon be ready for her forever home. Dan Nyznik reports.
