Scott Hapgood, a UBS financial adviser from Connecticut, appeared in an Anguilla court on Aug. 22, where he is accused of killing hotel employee Kenny Mitchel in April. Hapgood says Mitchel tried to rob him with a knife and that he’s eager to prove his innocence. Mitchell’s half-brother Marshall Mitchel says Hapgood should go to prison.
