New York, Connecticut and Vermont will file a lawsuit against the Trump administration over its attempt to curtail legal immigration. New York Attorney General Letitia James on Tuesday announced the lawsuit which will challenge a Trump administration rule that would deny or revoke visas for legal immigrants who might become a public charge.
