‘The bill is dead’: Lam says no plan to revive extradition bill despite presence in legislature

Carrie Lam said the extradition bill is “dead” and there are no plans to revive the controversial extradition bill which began the months-long protests, but would not say why it can’t be withdrawn from the legislature.
