Animals locked in Toronto pet store after rent dispute

Locks were changed at a Chinatown pet store after a dispute over rent. The store owner faithfully paid rent for 20 years. As Seán O’Shea reports, when she argued to have her $10,000 deposit applied to her final months, the owner shut her out and locked the animals inside.
