Study finds screens, lack of sleep leads to impulsive behaviour

Today’s Global News Hour at 6 Health Matters is brought to you by Pharmasave. A researcher in Ottawa found that kids who have their screen time limited to under two hours a day, and slept between nine and 11 hours a night were found to make better decisions.
