‘The staff and the residents were terrified’: RCMP response questioned after attempted break-in at Vernon seniors’ home

Staff and residents were shaken up when a man brandishing a large knife attempted to break into the Vernon Restholm seniors’ home. Five 911 calls were placed and it took RCMP over 30 minutes to respond to the scene. Jules Knox reports.
