Freeland declines to say directly whether she believes china is a currency manipulator

Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland on Wednesday declined to state directly whether she believes China is manipulating its currency, instead pointing to the IMF. Freeland added their could be “a lot of explanations” for changes in currencies.
