Over 12,000 cycling infractions in 2018

Montreal is known to be a bike friendly city, but a new report shows Montreal cyclists are 42 times more likely to be issued a ticket than those in Toronto. As Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports, the numbers compared to other cities are quite startling.
