The chef and owner of Restaurant Su on Wellington street in Verdun is taking on the best of the best in the industry. Chef Fisun Ercan will be a contestant on the Food Network show “Iron Chef Canada”. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, Ercan says it’s a dream come true.
