It’s been close to two years since the only recorded incident of a drone striking a crewed aircraft in Quebec. Transport Canada says it’s been making regulatory. But the first half of 2019 alone has seen close to three dozen incidents in which drones pose a risk to aviation safety. Shallima Maharaj reports.
