Ohio governor encourages people ‘speak up’ to prevent gun violence

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine urged people to “speak up” when they notice a problem, claiming that most mass shootings in the country’s history can be traced to trauma, mental health or anti-social behaviour “very early on.”
