Attorney says family of black man led by rope down street by police in Texas are ‘disgusted’

The attorney for the family of a black man who was seen in a photo this past Saturday, after being arrested allegedly for trespassing, being led down a street in Galveston, Texas by a rope said the family is “disgusted” and called it “humiliating.”
