Death toll in El Paso shooting spree rises to 22

Two more people have died in El Paso, Texas, bringing the death toll from Saturday’s mass shooting to 22. At least seven of the victims were Mexican nationals, and the U.S. Justice Department is treating the shooting as a case of domestic terrorism. Jackson Proskow is in El Paso, talking to friends of some of the victims.
