During the early morning Aug. 4 mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio, just a day after the El Paso mass shooting, Police Chief Richard Biehl said that police were quick to respond to the active shooter and stopped potentially hundreds of people from being killed. A total of nine people have been confirmed dead, with 27 injured.
