During a press conference the afternoon of Aug. 4, Police Chief Richard Biehl confirmed the identity of the suspected mass shooter and all of the victims of the Dayton, Ohio, shooting. This was the second shooting to occur in the United States within the span of 24 hours, after the El Paso mass shooting.
