Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest forms of the disease. Symptoms are hard to detect and, often, by the time the cancer is discovered it’s already at an advanced stage. Now a promising new study out of UBC is linking high insulin levels to the disease. The findings hold promise for early detection and prevention.
