On Aug. 1, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, along with Nunuvat Premier Joe Savikataaq and Qikiqtani Inuit Association President PJ Akeeagok, signed the agreement for the Canadian government to improve marine conservation and to invest in Inuit communities, after a press conference in Iqalui, Nunavut.
