Police are investigating after a gunman opened fire on the Gilroy Garlic Festival in Gilroy, California on Sunday. Three people – a boy, 6; a girl, 13; and a man in his 20s – were killed. As Reggie Cecchini explains, investigators are considering the possibility the gunman did not act alone.
