Hong Kong protests have turned violent for the second straight day after pro-democracy demonstrators clashed with police. As Heather Yourex-West explains, the escalation in violence is causing a lot of concern in Hong Kong, as well as those in Canada with ties to the semi-autonomous Chinese territory.
