NYC father whose twins died after he left them in a hot car pleads not guilty to manslaughter

Juan Rodriguez, a New York City father who was charged with manslaughter after his one-year-old twins died when they were left for eight hours in a hot car, has pleaded not guilty. Rodriguez’s lawyer called the incident “unfortunate, horrific and tragic.”
