The Syria Civil Defense, also known as the White Helmets, reported on July 27 that at least three people were killed and 20 more were injured when warplanes targeted the Idlib town of Arihah. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also reported that five simultaneous explosions hit five towns in Aleppo, killing two people, including a child, and injuring at least 38 others.
