Supreme Court rules military’s trials without juries are constitutional

The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled military personnel – who are accused of serious offences under military law – don’t have the right to a civilian jury trial. Several military members argue that’s unconstitutional. But as Mike Le Couteur reports, Canada’s highest court disagrees.
