Emergency crews were called to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Sherbrooke Street and Alexander Avenue just before noon.
A car and SUV collided, sending the car onto its side on the corner.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by Peterborough Police.
Two ambulances arrived on scene.
