Colonel defends military justice system, says it adds to morale of community

Col. Bruce MacGregor defended the military justice system on Friday following a Supreme Court of Canada decision saying by having members with military experience in a court martial proceeding, it helps boost morale both by the person facing the court martial but also the whole community, compared to a civilian jury.
