U.S. urges North Korea to stick with diplomacy after short-range missile test

The U.S. on Thursday urged North Korea to avoid making provocative moves after Pyongyang conducted its second missile test in two months. North Korea said the test was a warning to South Korea to stop importing high-tech weapons.
