Katie McMillan is a huge fan of the Backstreet Boys. She wanted to see the recent show in Toronto from the floor. Because Katie is in a wheelchair, she and her friend were moved even thought Katie says she checked the access rules before she arrived at Scotiabank Arena. Tom Hayes reports.
