Manitoba RCMP provided an update on July 24 into the Canada-wide manhunt for Kam McLeod and Bryer Schmegelsky, who are wanted in connection to the murders of tourist couple who were shot and killed in northern British Columbia. Police located a burned vehicle, which has been confirmed to be the same vehicle the suspects were traveling in.
