NDG businesses upset after water turned off without warning

Some Notre-Dame-de-Grâce businesses crying foul after their water was shut off by the borough without any advance notice. As Global’s Dan Spector explains, residents on Wilson Street were notified of the outage but the businesses at the corner of Wilson and Sherbrooke were not.
