Chuck Schumer reacts after 9/11 compensation bill passes: ‘Righteousness sometimes prevails in this mangled town’

Sen. Chuck Schumer spoke up after the Senate voted overwhelmingly to pass a bill authorizing an extension of the 9/11 Victims Fund to include first responders on Tuesday, crediting first responders who he said “had a sense of duty.”
