Britain’s Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt on July 16 weighed in on the language used by U.S. President Donald Trump about a group of mostly American-born Democratic congresswomen. Hunt, who is a candidate to become Britain’s next Prime Minister, said that although Trump’s words were “offensive” he refused to use words that could cause lasting damage to the U.S.-U.K. relationship.
