Barry now weakens to ‘tropical depression’: Louisiana governor

During a July 14 press conference, Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards said Hurricane Barry has now weakened to a tropical depression. He also provided an update on the rescheduled visits to particular sites impacted by Barry.
