Police officer punched to ground on Champs Elysees after Bastille Day parade

A police officer was punched to the ground during clashes that broke out on Paris’ Champs Elysees on July 14, hours after the Bastille Day military parade. The incident took place after a woman was pepper-sprayed by a police officer, eyewitness Vidhushan Vikneswaran told Reuters after filming the incident.
